intercultures joined The Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research in its German chapter in 2001 and has been an organizational member ever since. We have participated in almost all German and European congresses (and other international ones) in the last 15 years, always with own impulses and contributions. Knowledge-sharing and open collaboration are part of our organizational DNA and international SIETAR members have always been a challenging sounding board for research projects and fresh ideas that intercultures has tried to contribute to the professional field.

Founded in 2006, this association under the patronage of the German chancellor stands for the commitment of companies to support work environments free of prejudice. intercultures was one of the first signers and lives the values and ideals embodied in the commitment on a daily base. We strongly believe that, given the right support, diversity is an invaluable contribution for both societies and organziations. This is reflected in our team composition in our Berlin HQ that always promoted diversity.
