Online-Coaching: Working Deeply, No Matter in Which Medium

In many cases, coaching is the most intensive and efficient measure for developing human potential and effectively accompanying change processes.

Coaching in international contexts is a special challenge because it always has to take the (inter)cultural components into account. This makes the demands on the competencies of the coaches all the more complex.

We offer all of our coaching measures both face-to-face and online. The advantages of online coaching are not just limited to saving travel time and travel costs, it also offers greater flexibility. Especially in the intercultural context, we often find that opening up to someone online is in part easier to do than face-to-face.

We use a media that is most familiar to our clients. We are also happy to invite you to other coaching settings, e.g. immersive 3D environments.
